Meet The Stewards
Over 25 years ago, Helen Norman and Mark Elmore moved their young family to this nearly 175-year-old farm and began the work of cultivating Star Bright together. Their oldest son, Peter, is now head farmer and an expert in permaculture, using sustainable practices to grow 24 different types of herbs as well as fruit like peaches, plums, and blueberries.
